Boat Restorations

Do you have an old boat that needs an update?  Are you interested in buying a used boat but wished it had features of a newer boat?  Your boat can be restored to look like any new boat on the market.  LandCraft Marine is one of the only facilities in the Midwest to offer complete boat restoration services!  Our restorations mimic the look and feel of a new boat at a fraction of the cost.

LandCraft Marine specializes in fiberglass/gelcoat repair and can either rejuvenate existing gelcoat or re-gelcoat your boat, including the addition of new or custom paintwork or decals.  Our woodworking department can restore existing wood or teak within the boat or replace rotted wood floors, seat frames and other wooden areas within the boat.  LandCraft can even reconfigure the interior of the boat if you are interested in a more modern appeal; this can include new seating, upholstery, carpeting, etc.  Another fine touch to update your boat is to add or upgrade electronic accessories including: sound/entertainment systems, radar, sonar, GPS, underwater lighting, and more!

Boat repair verbal estimates can be given for free in the local area.

Written Insurance Estimates

Written boat repair estimate will include:

1. Traveling to the Marina

2. Digital photos

3. Calling manufacturer for needed part prices

4. Preparing & sending estimate to insurance company

5. Meeting with adjuster to go over the estimate

There will be a small charge for written insurance estimates.  This cost will be deducted from the job if we complete repairs.

Boat Electronics & Audio/Video Systems

We carry a large line of boat electronics, marine stereo system/entertainment system equipment, and boat appliances...all designed and installed specifically fit for the harsh marine environment.  LandCraft Marine's electronics department specializes in boat stereo systems, marine entertainment systems (similar to a home entertainment system), boat security systems, and marine electronics - radar, satellite TV, GPS, thru-hull transducers, and so much more.  All equipment can be purchased independently or installed by our certified electronics system technicians.  We beat other Illinois authorized retailer prices, so you will ALWAYS save money at LandCraft.

All boaters know the importance of keeping their vessel secure while in storage or docked at the marina, especially with expensive equipment and personal belongings onboard.  LandCraft Marine can help alleviate your worries with a boat security and vessel monitoring system.  There are a variety of security system customizing options to choose from and one of our system specialists will be able to guide you the right security/monitoring system for your boat.  We can get the system installed for you, or if you are experienced with electronics our sales department will be able to ship the equipment to you.
